Dr. Birna Bjarnadóttir
Dr. Birna Bjarnadóttir is a Research Specialist at the Faculty of Languages and Cultures, University of Iceland. She is a former Chair of Icelandic (2003–2015) at the University of Manitoba. She has had various editorial positions, and she has written numerous prefaces, chapters, and scholarly papers.
