Dr. Helga Hallgrímsdóttir
Dr. Helga Hallgrímsdóttir is Deputy Provost and a professor at the University of Victoria. She studied at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Calgary. She was President of the University of Victoria’s Faculty Association and is Dean of the Faculty of Human and Social Development.
