Dr. Carol Clover

Dr. Carol Clover is an American professor of Medieval Studies and American Film at the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of three books: Men, Women, and Chainsaws: Gender in the Modern Horror Film (1992), The Medieval Saga (1982), and Old Norse Icelandic Literature: A Critical Guide (1985). She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences and has honorary doctorates from Lund University and the University of Iceland.
